The Intelligent Organisation Course
An HRMC Intelligent Organisation training experience focuses on the development of Reflective Practitioners and Intelligent Operators and their role in supporting, leading and improving the organisation. Simply put – developing people and teams capable of identifying critical information, synthesising it and developing appropriate responses to the situation across organisational function.
This is done through the use of experiential activities which introduce and develop critical thinking, reflection, decision-making, leadership / followership, and Wicked Problem Theory.
These skills are set against the organisation’s core operational requirement and management structure to better enable the organisation to successfully navigate complex and often violent environments and in so doing achieve a high level of organisational risk resiliency that will meet and exceed current industry expectations.
